My Personal Story
My approach with clients is heart centered and empowering - ways of being that I discovered through my own healing journey. By engaging in personal psychotherapy and Jungian analysis I found ways to face life challenges and past hurts with renewed courage and inner strength. I have maintained a daily mindfulness meditation practice for over thirty years, a practice that renews and inspires my work with others. I draw on experience from my career in nursing, teaching, hospice volunteer work and guiding soul-and-nature based Vision Quests. It is my joy to offer insights from my journey to support you on yours.
